Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted. Please confirm eligibility and commitment before submitting registration and payment.
Age Cutoff Rule
Age groups are determined by the player’s age as of July 1 of the current season year. Example: If a player turns 13 on July 1, 2025, they play 12U for the 2025 season.
Practice & Playing Time
Attendance matters. Playing time is earned through practice participation, effort, and readiness. Athletes who miss practice should expect reduced playing time during games.

Team Communication (Heja App)
After submitting your registration, download the Heja app for coach and parent communications. Your Head Coach or Team Mom will provide the team code to join your age group.
